Tagua is a seed found in Ecuador on the Tagua Palm Tree Phytelephas Equatorialis. Also called the Ivory Nut Palm, Tagua Seeds have a texture, hardness, and colour comparable to ivory which makes them popular in the crusade to protect elephants.
Being ethical, eco-friendly and a renewable source, the popularity of Tagua is growing worldwide in jewellery.
